At 2 PM on May 10, the Technology department of Liyang held a fierce proofing PK competition, the participants were a group of engineering, two groups, three groups, four groups, each group of four players, the substrate used for luggage buckle, each player completed the number of 20. The plating proofing PK competition is divided into three parts: according to customer requirements and color plate to determine the use of plating additive product model, adjust the composition of the plating solution and use conditions to determine the color plate, small-scale production, and finally from the sample color, uniformity and completion of the speed of three aspects of scoring, the highest total number of teams to win.
　　First of all The first part of the competition is to determine the type of electroplating additive product used according to customer requirements and colors. Each contestant, after observing the color of the product and thinking about customer requirements, chooses F-24 imitation gold electroplating additive for proofing at the fastest speed and unanimously.
　　The second part of the competition is to carefully observe the color of the swatches, adjust the composition of the bath and the conditions of use to make the sample that is closest to the swatches. On the court, the contestants are full of spirit and ready to go. The players will complete the first sample through three cycles of proof → comparison of the swatches → adjustment of the conditions of use of the bath.
　　The third part of the competition is the stability and repeatability of the proofing, which requires that each sample has a uniform color and bright color, and all the proofing products have the same color. After determining the first color plate, the contestants orderly repeat the remaining samples according to the same bath conditions, and finally complete 20 samples.
　　With the tense and orderly progress of the competition, all the participants completed all the sample proofing at 16:20, and the judge panel composed of Liyang Technical Director and Marketing Department conducted sample review. The engineering group 2 won the competition with a total score of 369. After the competition, the players summed up experience through active communication, learn from each other and make progress together.
